k really need help. im not rich so dont hav alot of cash. so ive had a mojo 15 wit 300 watt amp tht pushed 2400rms at 1 ohm. stock alt 2 batt 1 farad cap nd nice cd player in 4 door cutlas. want louder . nd its gotts sound good . thts wat im jknown for but prices of audio is crazy. found some 18s called bass or somethin r they any good. who wld i tlk to bout tips on doin fiberglass kickpanels nd doors? also power acoustik mofo or a ma audio 15s. any info appreciated like i said not alot of cash. wats better sound deadener spray or sheetssageman1985

"why do tweeters sound so crappy"? Quality tweeters don't start at $5 a pair! "where can i find an altinator for a 305 chevy 1978 monte carlo"? If you are running this 3000 Watt amp off your stock electrical system I HIGHLY doubt your amp is putting out anywhere near that kinda power.

BS. Nine feet deep. Power Kraptastik is ANYTHING but respected, let alone an honestly rated brand. If you had it tested, please scan and post the test printouts, I'd like to see one of these do anything even CLOSE to what it claims. Also, please make sure the test parameters are listed.

If eBay is where you are searching for quality gear, then by all means, buy it there. YOU said you aren't rich in your opening post, and yet you are now asking if a flea-market POS will come close to the performance capabilities of a known, reasonably respected, (NOTHING BUT) SPL woofer? (The Solos are absolutely NOT SQ woofers, don't kid yourself...)

audiocableguy answered this one perfectly. My tweeters cost more than your Power Kraptastik amp and sub combination is worth. In aluminum scrap value. If you gutted it and scrapped it as pure aluminum. Cheap tweeters, powered by a head unit, listening to low bit-rate MP3's are GONNA sound like crap. K guys wat should i do? what kind of battery optima or wat ya suggest. Would 4 rockford p3 12s ported be louder than 2 memphis mojo 15s. Or should i put 4 p3 15s in sealed box. wanna bang hard , have a 1978 monte carlo. What should i use for sound deadener im takin interior out was going to use the sound spray that deadens noise , or just use the sheets??? ive always used 5nd half or 4 inch 3 ways instead of tweeters hooked to a 3oo watt amp for voice. wats a good tweeter brand theres so many. my shops i buy my audio r redmonds, and abc warehouse sometimes. Theres not alot of places to go that i know of , I live in the thumb of michigan. So if ya know of any where to go that would be great.sageman1985
