hey everyone im getting ready to do a double nav in a tc and he wants to keep the flip thing in it is there a trick i have to know or is it just like every other double with a double din opening

depending on which in dash you get you might need to recess the unit farther back in the mounting brackets but i typically dont need to do anything

i use the metra 95 8202 and haven't had a problem yet with the spring door. Put a avic-d3 in a 2007 last week.
