I will be installing a Viper 560XV on a 1986 Thomas Bus next week, which, from what I can tell, has a lot of GM wiring.  I am not sure what type of engine this bus has yet, so does anyone have previous experience with anything like this or an advice--other than to try the coil wiring or an injector (if available)?
