DMM's are an installer's best friend! The information gained by using them properly is well worth the money spent. If you plan on continuing to do your own work, then you SHOULD get one!

well i have to say that i solved the problem!!! and none of these options was the problem, it was weird. i tunred the car off, took the fuses out, put them back in and turned the car on and off and it went off like it was supposed to, its weird.
