1995 geo tracker alarm

im gonna add a remote start keyless combo to a 95 geo tracker ,it has power lock and unlock but install says add actuator for unlock or vice versa ,now only drivers side can unlock all but why must i add actuator if it has power locks and if so what wires do i need ?

i have manual just wanna know why it says needs actuator ,and if so how do i hook it up ty

How do you lock the doors now? Is there a switch somewhere that will lock both doors? My guess is no. Some vehicles had power door locks in 3 doors that simply mirrored the drivers door lock. Unlock drivers door and the other 3 unlocked. Lock drivers door and the 3 others locked. There was a switch in the drivers door but no actuator. Since your vehicle requires an actuator be installed, I would have to guess this is your case.
