Im looking for an amp for my Orion HCCA-15.2 its going to be wired parallel so i can get 1 OHM. I had it hooked up to an Orion HCCA-D2400 before but i dont have that amp anymore so im looking to upgrade it. Ive been leaning towards Hifonics Brutus BXI2608D, XXV Thor or the Orion HCCA-D5000. Would these amps suffice or any suggestions? Thanks.

Under-powering a sub is not a problem.  Use whatever amp you want to use, just make sure it is 1-ohm stable (or better yet, wire the sub for 4-ohms as you'll have many more amp choices) and set the gain properly.

Any amp at all will do as long as it is set up properly.  It does not have to have the same rating as the subwoofer.
