2006 grand cherokee, remote start problem

Here I'm again. Installed Clifford 3.3X Responder LE with XK532 (Chldr7) on Gr. Cherokee SRT8, 06. Still have one major problem. Remote start triggers OEM alarm. Suspecting XK module, but not for sure - because: 1. XK does factory alarm disarming without opening all doors when opening rear flip glass. 2. XK+Clifford do remote start before factory alarm arms. 3. XK+Clifford do remote start after pressing Lock and Remote start in sequence (factory alarm disarmrtd for 16 seconds). 4. XK+Clifford do remote start if I leave a key (without RF transponder PCB) just slided into ignition barrel. (Key sense signal It looks like XK does multiplexing both with wrong reistance values or timing. Tried to sumilate key sense by external relay with variable 10K resistor, ajusting it until door chime goes off with key in and door open. Resistor was connected one side to violet/brown MUX wire, second side was grounded. Energized relay by RS status. No positive result, OEM alarm triggers. So, please help me with answers for these questions: 1. Does anybody know exact value for key sense resistor? 2. Fortin suggestes to ground their modules via car MUX return wire (violet/orange) at ignition socket. Is it a case for DEI XK? Is it safe to try (it means actually to ground violet/orange MUX return wire at the same point as XK and Clifford). 3. How XK module learns car information to provide right multiplexing resistance values and timing? 4. Why Directfax doc 1084 for Crysler MUX wire doesn't simulate key sense, but ACC and ON only (or am I missing it?) Actually Jeep ignition switch has microswitch inside and it does affect on disarming.

Fixed it but not everything The problem was old firmware in XK module, was CHLDR 7 2.0 Reflashed it by newest CHLDR 7 3.00 xpressdownload.com - says "fixed lock unlock intermittent when vehicle enters in sleep mode on certain Grand Cherokees". That's exactly confirmed my suspicion about sleep mode which wasn't documented anywere on Chrysler sites. I always had to press unlock twice after leaving car locked for a while. That also triggered factory alarm, cause first RS command just waked-up OEM circuitries and didn't disarm it. see https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/forum_posts.asp~TID~106557~KW~a137~PN~0~TPN~2 Now remote start doesn't trigger factory alarm, that's good. But remote start doesn't start the car from the first try, replying with "Brake wire active", while the RS brake wire itself is connected to WHITE/ tan wire on brake switch, which is correct, moreover before I could interrupt remote start by pressing brake pedal. Now if I press remote start second time right after getting error message car starts fine and I also can interrupt RS pressing brake pedal. Very interesting, my feeling is that there is some feedback on brake wire, cause on Crand Cherokee brake/turn signal is combined and disarming is followed by dowble flash of brake/turn signal. May be these flashes cause "brake interrupt". Wierd. Of cause I can disconnect brake wire at all and replace by switch, but it's not safe. Does anybody experienced this?

Hmm, never had that happen yet.  but have not done an 06 grand either.  But have not had any issues on other new chryslers with MUX.  Have you tried testing brake wire to confirm there is indeed a signal bleeding into that wire?  I would try that first.I Like Peanut Butter!
