a couple of questions on a honda civic 2003 lx automatic remote starter (bulldog security model rs1200e) install:
1. Is there 1 or 2 accessory wires on the civic? i've seen some wiring charts that call out 1 accessory wire and i've seen some charts that call out 2 accessory wires.
2. Is there a neutral safety wire that needs to be grounded? if so what color is it and where is it located?
3. should i connect to the tach signal or should i run in tachless mode? if i should connect to the tach signal, where is it located and what color is the wire?
thanks for the help.

Test the wires in the Harness to verify if they are accessory or Ignition wires. I would wire all of them up according to how they test.
12V             white
Starter             BLACK/ white
Ignition     BLACK / YELLOW
Accessory     BLACK/ red
Accessory 2     WHITE/ red
I have seen the BLACK/ Red listed as an Ignition wire o make sure you test them all.
You might as well try tachless mode first.
If you want to know if you need to hook up a neutrla safety wire, just try to start your car in every shifter position. It should only start in Park and Neutral. If this tests true, then you do not need to install that wire.

I just finished the install (probed everything before i connected). for the record, the correct wiring for the 2003 honda civic is:
12V             white
Starter        BLACK/ white
Ignition        BLACK / YELLOW
Accessory       BLACK/ red (for the blower) (needed)
Accessory 2     WHITE/ red (for the radio) (not needed)
i believe the confusion of BLACK/ red being ignition is because the wire(BLACK/ red) does not see power until the key is in the ignition position.
