wig wag headlights dont work right

can someone help me, i hooked it up for the wigwag lights and they are very very very dim and don't wig wag, they just blink on and off very slow like i was just hitting my high beam switch or something, and they go at the same time i thought it was separate and everything can someone help me and like post a diagram how to do it with a toggle switch and use it like that. please and thanks.

I think that unless you are a law enforcement vehicle (and I KNOW in California this is the case) wig-wags headlights are illegal.
Because of this, you won't get help here.
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."
