I have found a few relay modules by Cebek/Fadisel:
http://fadisel.com/CEBEK-ELECTRONIC/TIMERS/TIMER-WITH-ANTERIOR-DELAY-I-36_R_227.aspx
and
http://fadisel.com/CEBEK-ELECTRONIC/TIMERS/DELAYING-TIMER-I-33_R_223.aspx
I need to delay the turn on of the relay by 2.5-3sec. Seems that these relay boards will do that exact function, but I'm not 100% sure. If someone could look over the PDFs. There are links on the pages. Also I can't find a distributor in the US for these modules. and the Fadisel site wants $134 euro shipped for these 2 items. Maybe some has schematics for these modules, I have seen another post to a flip-flop module from Cebek that someone had a schematic.
I'm not a total newbie to this, but is there another way to make what I want.
I have a mom button that has +12V flowing through it. I need that connected to a relay, so that when I press and hold it, the relay waits for 2.5-3.0 sec before it turns on or even just send a mom pulse .
Thank you

I'm not familiar with those modules, but I recommend the PAC TR7 widely available on the web. Extremely versatile.

astrosurfer has the right idea. if that seems too much, try the DEI 528T pulse timer. works great!!
