hello everybody i had a customer carll me and she owns a 95 ls400, she is getting ticked at the factory stereo. from what i gather it is  a indash disc changer(havent seen the car) and it wont load a cd it just puts off and error 13 code. does any one know what this is?

There is not enough room to put a reliable 6 disc changer inside of the deck.  9 times out of 10 the only problem is that a disc has moved out of place.  Some of the changers it is as easy as removing the top cover and moving the disc back into place.  Some of the decks are not that easy to get to the changer mechanism.

My wife had the same car about 4 years ago it had the premium Inifity sound system disc changer was in the

trunk of the car  not enough room for a changer in the dash. It's an overpriced camary

the problem is not about wanting to put a changer in the dash it is the error 13 code that it keeps displaying. does anyone know what it means.

I looked for the code 13 in my OED software program could not find code 13  and my OED is compatable with all CAN OBD 1 & OBD 2 ISO complient could not find this code for any year for the lexus

After look at the 1995 Lexus codes there are only 2 error 13 codes out 2300 codes the are as follows

A13= DC/DC converter enabled circuit high

U13=Medium speed Can communication bus (+) low

it has to be one of these hope this helps
