No factory alarm, and has what I believe Type C locks, where a rocker switch operates the motors directly. The switch is grounded. I would like to install a commando or similar unit with a keyfob.

I looked at the diagrams and I believe I need to put relays in the doors? Do I need to run a wire into the door from the RKE unit? Or do I splice the wire that connects both doors(by the drivers kickpanel)?

Can I wire it to only open the drivers side?

At Drivers Kick Pannel:
Unlock Pink with LT Green
Lock Pink with Yellow
If your car had keyless entry you can use a negative pulse.
If your car did not have keyless you will have to do a reverse polarity setup with 2 relays. You should be able to find this in the charts and diagrams section of this web page.

ok, so I guess i have to get a relay pack with the unit then. So its a matter of hooking the relays to those wires? Is there a need to go inside the door?

Thanks alot
