I have a CompuStar 1W900FM-S remote starter in an 05 TrailBlazer. I am interested in upgrading it to 2 way. If I am correct, it can be done just by getting a 2 way 900 mHz remote and the 2 way antenna. I sthsi something that is sold as an upgrade or do I need to buy the parts individually? There are a lot of CompuStar installers here. If anyone has these parts available, please PM me.
Thanks in advance

You are correct . All you need is the two-way antenna and the upgrade remote, (2W900FMR). As the remotes and antennas are modular units they would have to be purchased as individual units. HTere is not an upgrade "kit"
My favorite customer questions of all time... "Hey man, how many watts do them speakers throw"? and "Yeah, but what's my price"?

I will warn you though that it won't be a cheap upgrade. The 2 way 900fm remote is around $200 by itself. I'm not sure what the antenna goes for. Just head to your local Compustar dealer and they should be able to get you exact prices and order them for you.

agree. the remotes are expensive unless you find it on your local ad or ebay. A brand new unit is cheaper than a 2way remote + antenna.
