I just installed some Hids in my 07 Avalanche. BUt sometime with the car running or not when they kick on the Headunit will lose power and restart. I have a PAC OS3-Bose and a Kenwood DDX812 and G510. I Can hear the Pac Realy kick on when the radio turns back on. Its still on the Stock Battery. Any Ideas. I can see the voltage Drop Slightly when the HIDS Start.

The inrush current from the HIDs is most likely causing the issue. You'll have to add a filter of some sort to the relay power to prevent this from happening. I am imagining a diode isolated capacitor type of affair.
I don't have time to draw anything right now, but I'll try to get back with a diagram today (if somebody doesn't beat me to the punch).
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

Do you think i need a Relay for the Hids that will Draw the Power right off the Battery  and use the OEM headlight harness to trigger the relay?

In some cases we have had to connect the constant wire of the radio to the other side of the PAC adapter.  The wire on the other side of the adapter is also yellow.   If you have a meter, can you connect the meter and test the red and yellow wires of the radio to see which one is losing power when this takes place.
