Many installers in the car audio industry also refer to duraglass as a mixture between Bondo and Fiberglass Resin. In this case, if this is what you might be referring to, it has a "milkshake" like consistency, and works extremely well for adding to a rough surface to give you a better sanding surface. In cases such as, where your resin has hardened to fleece, and its not really smooth. You can apply a thin layer of this "duraglass" and it sands really easily. To make this I would suggest using right around 80% bondo, and 20% resin. It is suggested that you use around 4-5% of MEKP hardener of the total amount (ie. 200mL of mixture, 8mL of hardener, etc). Hopefully this may be something that you were looking for. If not for you, I am sure that someone else can use the information.
For any other fiberglassing, or car audio questions, feel free to e-mail me. I have been in the business for 4+ years and have quite a bit of experience with almost everything.

all duraglass/marglass is, is a premade bodyfiller reinforced with very shrot strands of fiberglass chop mat. it comes in the same sizes as bondo type bodyfiller and is usually used as a first coat in the filling process. it is much stronger and has a tendancy to not shrink and crack as much as normal body filler. it is much stronger and harder to sand than regular bodyfiller. it is also about 10-15 dollars more a gallon.

Ahhh yes and if you want to go really cheap; get some Styrene Monomer and just thin your bondo. It's easier to sand than the resin mix. Resin gums up your sandpaper.
