99 dodge neon hornet 740t

Saturday i decided to install my alarm, a Hornet 740T included with door locks which i used a relay. First ill tell you my cars wire list which is needed, to the wires hooked up from the alarm to which of my car they were hooked up and then my problems.

Cars wiring List:

• 12volt Constant-Pink/Black or Red
• Starter-Yellow
• Ignition-Dk. Blue
• Accessory-BLACK/ Orange
• Trunk Pin-Gray/Black
• Parking Lights-BLACK / YELLOW
• Head Lamp-Light Green
• Door Trigger-Yellow

Alarms Wires Harness (H1) - Cars Wires

• Orange-(optional) not used
• White - Vehicle Parking Light - BLACK / YELLOW
• WHITE/ Blue - (Optional) not used
• BLACK/ White - Interior Light Illumination (optional) -  Not used
• Green - Negative Door Pin Switch - not used
• Blue - Negative Trunk Pin (optional) - Gray/black
• Violet - Positive Door Pin Switch - Yellow
• Black- Ground (Grounded w/ Sirens Ground)
• Yellow - Ignition - Dark Blue
• Brown - (Pos. Side of Siren) - Red
• Red (+) - positive side of battery
• RED / White - Factory Trunk Release - not used

(H2) Wiring Harness switched with relay for door locks -

• Brown and White= Ground
• Purple= 12v Constant
• Blue and green= To actuators

(H3) Harness - 2 Black wires ran for starter interrupt = 1 to starter motor side of wire, 2 to key side of starter

Problems: 1:The way i have my alarm hooked up, when connecting negative bettery terminal back on to battery, siren sounds, tried pressing valet switch, pressing disarm on remote. 2: After i connected every wire i connected Neg. Batt. Terminal and started the car and the car started great everytime, but after hooking up the starter interrupt wires, and test driving, everytime i hit the brakes, Rpm's drop below 400 and shuts the car off 3: When test driving car stopped to get some subway before heading home and when i walked out and tried starting my car, it would not start, first thing i did was disconnect alarm from battery and it started right up. Any help you guys can give me will greatly appreciated. I used to work for circuit city till they screwed me over, was supposed to learn alarms but never had anyone to teach any of us ( me and other installers). But after studying everything for over a month i thought it would be pretty easy now this all started.
