I have a 99 Silverado with the Viper 771xv installed.  The door triggers are isolated.  The problem is that the alarm will just randomly go off once it's armed.  Today at work, I armed the car at 9, the alarm went off at 10:15 and again at 11.  Last night, I armed the vehicle at 10pm and the alarm went off at 3am!  The LED flashes 6 times upon returning to the vehicle.  Any suggestions on what's going on?  No, I didn't hit the panic button on the remote.

6 flashes is a hood-pin trigger.

I unplugged the hood pin for now and the remote start works so much better.  I think that was the problem.  THANKS MEGAMAN!
