1: I would personally not use the Pioneer head. Too many issues with noise. A nice Eclipse or Alpine head will serve you FAR better.
2: Use the crossovers in the amps only, adding another component only increases your chance for noise.
Those are the two big GLARING issues that I see.
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

I assume you upgraded the big 3 wiring to support the 220 amp alternator?

yea i have been noticing a lot of extra noise from my speakers.  Im still messing around with the ground going to my multi channel amp though.  What other good head units from alpine or eclipse would u recomend?  and do u really think i should ditch the kx3 crossover?

Yes.  Definitely upgrade your Big 3.  If the cabling from your alternator and grounds cannot support the power being demanded, a large amplifier and an HO alternator can cause your factory wiring to fry.

How are you using the crossover?

If your gains are properly set and your ground return resistance is less than 1 ohm, the cause of the noise is most likely the Pioneer head unit.  There are ways to overcome it, but if replacing the head is an option it is always the better option.
