I got a voltage drop when at high volume in my cavalier 98... I got 8 Gague wire for the amp.. (Pioneer GM-7300T) but i dont know if the problem is the alternator or the wire.. because i have changed my wire - Added one Battery to engine. (Before was Engine to chassis) Battery to chassi and alternator wire are OEM. The positive battery cable is a 8 gauge and ground to chassi 8 gauge too... What i really need to do ?

Is the pioneer the only amp you are running? chances are you are exceeding your the capibilities of you electrical system. We need more information before we can tell you exactly what to do, but chances are you will need to upgrade your alternator, adding another battery does nuthing if you cant replace the power being drawn..  Is the current alternator a stock alt?  Also what fusesd are in the amp, i cant seem to find any specifications on model stated there is a ssimilar model GM-7300M, let me know..

Its the only amp running in the car. Its wired to a Clarion SRW1051 subwoofer in 4 Ohms in a ported box.

Is there a voltage drop to the amp, or is there a voltage drop at your headlights when the bass is hitting?
Upgrade the battery to chassis wire.

you are getting a bigger voltage drop when all the accessories in the car are running because they to draw alot of power.  If you want to completly stop voltage drop you need to upgrade your big 3 as well as upgrade your alternator...

Were you having these problems before you upgraded the wiring?

Well the only wire that have not been changed is the alternator positive to battery positive and its the hardest one because its hided and wired to a fuse block . And the voltage drop its on the battery and on the amp. Example a big boom at high volume can drop voltage to 9 Volt in 1 second (While the car is running).
