problem is it is a data cable 5 wires have to be triggered at diffrent times and i don't want to mess any thing up by doing it but after looking at the system i think the problem between the remote and and the out put to the relays

huh?......those arent dataremote start, 2000 ram, viper 550 esp - Page 2 - Last Post -- posted image.. those are just low voltage grounds that trigger the relays. im not talking about thoses anyway. im talking about the wire that activates the remote start with an external source, find that wire.

the 550esp can also be triggered by an external source like another keyless unit or anything that has a neg output. find that wire and ground it.

ok, i had you find that wire and ground it because if you did and then the remote start started, that would mean there is nothing wrong with it, but probably the transmitter. but since it didnt start.......the problem is the remote start.
