i couldn't find any info anywhere's else, so i thought i'd go here. there are compartment lights in our fire truck that aren't working. they work with a 2 pole push switch that pushes the toggle in when the door is closed, and when the door is opened, the "plunger" comes back out to turn the light on. but for sometime now, down the driver side of the truck body, the first compartment light doesn't work and so on down that side. in the first compartment there are 3 wires taped off. 1 is ground, one is 12 v power and one that goes to the light. so i assume that the 12 v power goes to 1 pole on the switch, and the wire that goes to the light goes to the other pole of the switch.  does this sound correct?

thanks
