Thanks in Advance. I'd like some guidance in installing an amp in a 2008 Chev HHR. I has a factory amp,cd,4 speakers and a woofer. I'd like to add an amp, 2 6x9 enclosers(with speakers) and a sealed woofer, just for a little extra something. I don't want to amplify the stock speakers,I just want to add a little to the system. I keep the rear seats folded down, so space isn' much of an issue. I really need to know which wires at the amp I need to tap into, Thanks Again

So you want an extra amp but keep your factory HU and factory amp for the interior speakers

Thanks, as it turned out, it was alot easier than I thought. I identifired the correct wires comming from the factory amp, cut the four that went to the two front speakers, spliced in an rcs cable at the amp side and ran them into the equalizer I'm using. (the reason for that is so that I can run one ( rca) feed in, then run rca cables to the two amps I've got. One Amp feeds the front speakers(which are aftermarket) and the other amp feeds the 10" sub I'm using. On the fron speakers, I ran speaker wire back to the 4 wires that I cut at the Factory amp and connected them on the speaker side. Sounds Really sweet.
