Sorry for the well hit post on accident. Yes 10 gauge is an over kill all he really needs is 12 but it doesn’t hurt to use a gauge to large. But any ways glad to hear that you got it installed and working properly.

i never upgraded that wire, its been fine for 3 months, but I'm also not powering the internal amp
