Thanks, I have a '08 HHR with factory start, keyless entry. Is there a way to add an alarm that will activate when the door locks are activated. My main thing is I don't want two remotes. Thanks for you opinion.

The company Omega Research sells a unit call an ULTIHUB (w/ 2 way ECHO transmitter) .You will also need an AU-84TM shock sensor to plug into the ULTIHUB. Using those along with an Omega Research IM01 databus interface flashed with the right firmware for your vehicle will allow a full function alarm, keyless entry, remote start with shock sensor and door trigger features. A competent installer should be able to install the equiptment in no more than 2 hrs. if even that long. Hope this helps.

Code Alarm makes the ca310, which is an add on alarm. It works with you're factory transmitters.
