Assuming I either box (or pair of boxes) were of optimum volume for the selected subs... which location would produce more bass inside the cabin of the car?  Both set-ups would be using vented/ported enclosures.

1.  2 subs behind back seat, under rear deck (facing either upward or to the rear)

2.  1 sub in each corner by the tail lights (facing upward or toward each other)

Feel free to add your own recommendation, but only if you have experience with these particular vehicles.

It would help us to help you if we knew if you were asking about a Cutlass/MonteCarlo/Regal/GrandPrix.   Or maybe it is a Camaro/TransAm/Firebird.  According to Wikipedia they used that body on the Olds 88s and the smaller Buicks.  We just need a little more info to help you.

Neither... Monte Carlos & Regals are G-body, Camaros & Firebirds, F-body.  B-bodies are your Impalas, Caprices, Fleetwoods, Roadmaster etc...

94 buick roadmaster... but they b-bodies all the same inside, so if you've worked on a caprice/impala the knowledge directly crosses over.

would be a good idea, but this is gonna be a custom built box.  can't just build each one just to test it.  lol
