Does anyone know if a kit is available for a 2005 Nissan Murano, the harness is a 70-7550 metra  which is not a t-harness  but I am thinking there might be something dealing with the 4x4 and radio

No, thats a custom job. You'll have to fabricate something to get it mounted in the factory location.

I have universal kits and material to make a custom kit out of but will it mess with the 4x4? or do i need to find a t-harness for the 4x4 to work?

Is the 4x4 button on the radio or something? Or is it integrated into the radio? You may need to relocate the radio and still leave it connected. If thats the case, you'll have to hardwire it in, splice into the power wires and leave the connected to factory radio, and cut the speaker wires off the factory radio and connect them to the new radio.
