Hey I'm half way through installing a 2 way alarm system and I've become stuck on one wire.. It says "Connect the White wire to the Parking light wire and the dual parking lights needs two diodes (6A diode) to be connected from the White wire to two parking light wires of the vehicle"

Any help will be muchly appreciated. Thanks

if there is two parking light wires one for each side of car than a 6 amp didode is fine but most of the time you can get away with a 1 amp. or two in your case.
basically take your two diodes and twist the non stripped side together and but connect the twisted side to the possitve output wire from the alarm brain. and the other two ends of the diodes connect one to each parking light wire. use a 5 inch piece of wire to do you connection thus giving you space and the ability to tape and cover the diodes from breaking etc.
if you wire is negative twist the stripped sides and follow same procedure, pos the alarm has to throw a negavite pulse as well.

mecp certification is not always needed. I have it and it has not helped me out at all. my experience out shines it.

Information about the vehicle and product would greatly help.

I dont believe there are 2 parking light wires on that vehicle. You should be able to connect at the switch. I don't know the color but, a DMM will verify. I cant find a manual on the alarm but, you need to make sure it's a positve output that's fused.
