Hey Guys,
I'm currently finishing an alarm install in my car, but here is my issue...
The car has 2 ignition outputs and the alarm only has one input.
It's a Hornet 745T, what do I do to fix it. Things like sensors as well as my Turbo Timer are hooked up to that secondary ignition.
Please help.

Use SPDT relay.

Ground out while running to 85 (or the status output, maybe blue/black or blue from the RMST).

Fused 12 volts to 87 & 86.

Connect 30 to the second ignition in vehicle.

There are three different ways to wire in a second ign. relay, thought this was the easiest.

Use 2 high-current diodes to isolate the input, but I don't understand why you would need connect it to both.

Ideal - cmon dude, add to topics in a useful manner, not stuff that is obvious.
Story - Phzzzt! Hey, what happened?! ... Isn't it obvious?

It's not an R/S. It's an alarm.

My bad, When he started talking about second ignition I got ahead off my self. Realized as I was pressing post. Thought I could just hide and let it go away - Thanks.

Can we tell him he only needs to connect to one of the ignition wires?
