I am looking for remote start wiring information for a

2007 freightliner

8.1L Cummins

Regular Cab with sleeper.

will be putting a compustar pro 5200 in it

you'll have to test for them all. you'll only need the wires at the ignition switch however as there are no features like door locks or anything of that nature. parklights are at the switch, test for them because ALL the wires are either white or yellow. pick up the brake lights at an actual light as you cant get them at the switch because its an air valve on a truck. youll need to be creative with the hood pin and forget trying to find a tach, youll have to go with voltage monitoring the best you can. also, power EVERY SINGLE wire at the ignition switch just as the switch does and do not leave any unpowered even if it seems like thay are not needed for remote start.

theres no clutch switch, but on a truck the parkbrakes have to be set every time its shut off, so its not gonna go anywhere regardless.
