I purchased this on e-bay and there is a big sticker accross the box that says rev C what does this mean ? is this unit refurbished ? it was a sealed box and I only paid 19.99 for it ? the last one i installed was the boa 165B and I dont want those issues again .

As far as I know, rev C means that your product has had 3 Revision, to make it better or improve a feature
