viper remote start, ’04 toyota celica

Thank You everyone who has helped me diagnose the problem. I've got it fixed! I checked the alarm's remote start shut down diagnostic thing (the thing that tells you what caused the RS to shut down) and it kept reporting the hood pin switch. I pulled the wire and pin from the RS shut down harness and the remote start fired right up! Somewhere between the pin switch and the brain, the wire was compromised and was grounding out. (not in the engine compartment or near the grommet going through the firewall, believe it or not) I ran a new wire in its place and everything is working fine now. Thanks again!
