mtx amp problem

b4 i found this site i took the whole amp apart like 6 months ago if not longer. i took the 6 aluminum pieces off and took the circuit board out to look to see if i could find any damaged parts. so i proly messed something up by taking it out im guessing?

There are insulators that go between the transistors and the heat sink.  If any of them are not properly reinstalled, it could cause the symptoms it is displaying.  There is a really good chance that it will require no parts to repair it.  I will answer you PM tonight.
