Does anyone know how to pulse the output for the trunk on a viper 8? I lost the installation manual so I'm not exactly sure which setting it would be (and if it is possible.) I'm not sure which channel it was. Either 2 or 3 I think. All I know is that right now, I have my remote set in the expanded configuration and when I hit button 3, the trunk pops. Any help (including a link to the installation manual to the viper 8) would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

It is channel two, the RED / white wire, it supplies a low level ground output. As for pulsing it, for what reason I have no idea, there is no way to program that channel as validity or latched(not to mention the only things you can program as a pulsed output are the parking lights(only on the remote start unit) when rs is active and the siren output can be programmed to pulse instead of constant). Also rs should be triggered off of the third channel, if this isn't programmed otherwise it will be buttons one and two or the top two depending on what remote you have. As for the owners manual you can get it from directed.com.
