Hello. I have a 98 Grand Prix and I am installing a remote starter. My problem is, however, that I cannot find the lock/unlock wire. I have looked for a white wire on the drivers kick panel and I cannot find it. I also could not find a light blue wire either. Could anyone give me any pointers? Also, which wire should I use for the tach? Its a v6 and I'm using the WHITE/ purple for the tach but it doesn't seem to work. Should I use the CMP or injector? BTW I love the site. Wished I would've found this earlier. Thank you for your help

no resistors, this car is pretty straight forward all the wires from the remote starter hooks directly to the wiring in the car.The only exception is the door triggers if you are hooking an alarm ,these triggers need to be diode isolated. If you have any other questions ask away.
