Right now I have them hooked together and I know thats not the proper way and I would like to know how to do it proper.

Thanks in advance

It looks like there are 2 ignitions and 1 accessory in that car. your starter im assuming (only have the manual for the CM3000 brain) but it is most likely the same and should have a pre wired relay and you should just have to run the - ignition wire to the relay.

Both ignitions are positive...

I have them joined together as one right now but i know that wrong.

If you use a relay you can make those 2 into one.

I ran across this diagram but its for when you have 2 starter wires. I have 2 ignition wires is it the same procedure or is the wiring different? http://www.commandocaralarms.com/2ndstarterwire.asp

Ok what I meant is that there should already be a relay set up that you can use for 2nd start/accessory/ignition depending on the trigger (in your case -ignition wire) you apply to the coil.

if you do not have that relay they you would have to add a relay set up like this:

85 - - ignition wire off of compustar

86 - 12 volts fused

87 - 12 volts fused

30 - goes to your second ignition wire in the car

that way 86 will be your positive trigger on your coil. the coil will activate when the -ign wire off the compustar goes to ground. that it will send pin 87 (12 volts) through to 30 and to your 2nd ignition wire in your car.
