Jensen will not sell you any part that goes inside their products. No output chips, no gears, no ribbon cables, they will sell you knobs and buttons, but no internal parts. I really doubt they have a service manual that is available to the public. What kind of problem are you having with the unit?

a dvd got stuck ,when i opened it up to remove the disc,a spring that wors the disc clamp came off do not know where it goes .

tried jensen they could not help, and a couple of repair shops never worked on this type of radio

Nobady works on them because they do not supply parts. Why waste time troubleshooting if you know you can not get the parts to repair it.
