nustart problem, 2000 golf

hi i just install a nustart  Nuas-8000 on my golf 2000 (standard) 2 doors. the alarm works great but my starter works 1 on 3 times....  sometimes when i try to start it it shows me that my door is open.. and its not... all my sequence is well done... someone knows what it is??

Who did the install? It depends on where the door trigger was hooked up. the best way is to go into both doors and pick up individual triggers and diode isolate the two wires. i believe they are both BROWN / white

i did the install and that exactly what i did.. each door individual triggers. is it the brain you think??

more than likely the brain did you test each door trigger with a multimeter?

i have a 2 door and yes  each door trigger works. change the module and it does the same thing..!?

did you hook up your trigger to the red or RED / white wire coming from the nustart?
