It's in valet mode. Quit playing with the remotes.
Ideal - cmon dude, add to topics in a useful manner, not stuff that is obvious.
Story - Phzzzt! Hey, what happened?! ... Isn't it obvious?
Moral - Never dismiss the obvious.

You can download the owner's manual from their website. Look under support / product guides

People should be nicer.
Also, the manufacturer should probably design the system better, so you can't put it in valet mode by accident.
By the way, the AM2 isn't an alarm, just so you know. It's a keyless entry system. It does have a horn-honk output, a flashing LED to scare thieves away, and a starter-kill feature so the car can't be started.
But if someone breaks into the car and opens the door, nothing will happen. The AM2 doesn't monitor the car's doors.

damn!! i might have a diffrent model then bcuz it used to do that b4 i accindetally put it in valet mode, my door locks where not unlocking so i got mad an just started pressing the buttons on the remote an thats how that happend. i put a brand new battery in the remote when it did that but it if was activated an i opened the door the alarm would go off or if i kicked the tire it would go off but it doesnt do that anymore cuz of the valet mode. i guess i better find the control box an see if i can spot a model number or something

Open the drivers door and press lock/unlock/lock/unlock until the LED goes out. This will take it out of valet...
