530t in gmc sierra

I just installed a 530T in my 2002 GMC Sierra. I have the power connected directly to the battery with a 10 gauge wire. All 3 grounds are connected to a paint free chasis bolt. the drivers door has 12 guage wires running into it and the passenger 10 guage wires. the orange is connected to the orange ground when armed wire from the remote start. My problem is that the passenger window won't roll up all the way, it will go a short ways up and then only do it inch by inch. Both windows go down just fine and the drivers will go back up with no problems. I have tried cleaning my tracks and tried all of the dip switch settings. Is there anything else I can do to make this work or should I try the modification as my next step? Any help will be great. Thank you.Ryan

Not for once trying to be funny or facetious but I'm having the same problem with my front passenger window. If any one has an answer?

Bummer I have same problem on my 04 silverado. I was going to run 8 awg from batt to530t. If u still had this problem after u ran 10 awg from batt. 2 the 530t I won't waste my time. There has 2 b a fix. I,ll deal with it later. Any way did u hook it to roll up the windows with remote? I'm trying to hook it up roll up when warn away is triggered. The 530T has adjustments for current sensitivity, the five dip switches. Often times you have to turn up the level on the passenger side.

I've tried all the settings with the dip switches and it still doesn't go all the way up. I have also cleaned and lubed my track and it still doesn't go all the way up. So I guess my next hope is to try the modification.Ryan
