What kind of EQ? What kind of stock system?  It might or might not be possible.

Yep, that would be the only way to do it.

Im haveing trouble figuring out witch wire on the hi low converter will splice into the stock harness. The only wire i see on the stock harness that is color coded to the hi low converter is the constant witch is yellow.Other than that hi low converter has a black and blue wire for chasis ground?whitch wire does this splice into..also there is a blu wire for remote turn on i am also confused where to splice this wire into....

I would use one each Metra 70-1770 and 1771 wiring harness adapters and not splice into the factory wiring at all.

70-1771 and 71-1771    Each harness has the same color wires, simply connect the harnesses together wire color to wire color, and connect the LOC along with the front or rear speaker wires.
