I am confused.  Do you have it connected as in the picture or not?  The jumper wire on each woofer needs to go from positive of one coil to the negative of the other coil on that same woofer.

Which of the following pictures looks more like what you have?   Notice the top picture has 2 jumpers and the bottom picture has only one jumper.

Option 1 (parallel) = 2 ohm load
Voice coils wired in parallel
Recommended Amplifier: Stable at 2 or 1 ohm mono

Option 2 (series) = 8 ohm load
Voice coils wired in series
Recommended Amplifier: Stable at 4, 2, or 1 ohm mono

well is it 1.66 or 1.33? cuz on the calculator on this web site it said it was 1.66 ohms. This  works just fine but the amp is only half way up. I was told i need to wire them in paraell to be able to turn the amp up? Dont get me wrong its super loud now but i know the amp has more butt behind it.

Why do you need to turn the amp up? If you have it wired like in the pic, as i said that is the lowest ohm load wiring combo that is safe for the amp. Yes it is a 1.33 ohm load. 8 ohm per sub / 6 woofers = 1.33 . Which will give you the most power possible from your amp to the subs. Dont get hung up on the amp being at half gain. Half position does not mean you are getting half power. Gain is not a volume knob. Check out this topic on setting gain. https://www.the12volt.com/installbay/forum_posts.asp~TID~85479~PN~1
