Hi all. This is mainly for the moderators. I have just joined this group a week ago, and I find it a wealth of information, so much so that even after completing my install, I find myself returning several times a day to read all the new ones.

My question is,  has anyone considered making a sticky with the different acronyms used thruout normal installations. I find myself sometimes hunting for different post just to find a meaning, and also the people asking for help asking the same question just to interpret the reply?

This is a great site, with a wealth of knowledge, and I very much appreciate it and all the help from it.

Thanks

Hi aurora24, the first place to check is here: https://www.the12volt.com/glossary/glossaryofterms/A.html

If there are any not listed, please post them here and I'll add them.

Thanks admin. That is the first place I went afer I posted, so I thoughtI would check it out. GWR and GWA were the first I checked and they were not there. I know what these mean, I just searched their first to see if the glossery contained acronyms. Maybe if they were under the heading acronyms they could be found there. Also not all acronyms refer to this group Car Security and Convenience, It would reduce the clutter if they only related to this forum.

Thanks

I realize they will not all be related to Car Security and Convenience, but they will all be related to mobile electronics and will be entered in alphanumerical order when I add them.
