I am having a issue when I go to unlock the car it unlocks for a second and then locks itself back up right away. Does anyone know how to fix this?

If this also happens with the key, try both sides, then you have a problem with one of the actuators. If this only happens when the alarm/RS is actuated then you need to diode the lock outputs.
