I have an intelliguard 770 installed on my 2002 impala and i was wondering if it was possible to hookup the medallion2 programmable tone speaker siren that comes with this alarm along with the smart self-powered siren that clifford sells. Initially the medallion2 pogrammable tone speaker siren was hooked up with the alarm but i decided to later add the smart self-powered siren and when i plugged in into the correct ports on the alarm module i only received sound from the medallion2 siren. Am i not hooking it up right or is it not even possible to hookup these two sirens together?

they should both work, i have done it before with g4 product.  The only thing is the sounds are not in sync.  In other words the arm/disarm chirps have a slight delay from the spss 4 and the medallion chirps quicker, same with sounds when tripped.  there is not much to hooking it up, plug it in to dataport and hook up power and ground.  If it is just not chirping on arm/ disarm the internal battery may no be charged up yet.  Requires 8 hoursa of driving

There are two types of battery back-up sirens sold by DEI, make sure yours is the 4 wire version.
