vans are at least easy in the sense that they have a ton of space to move around in if u need to change somthing. try having a ford escort and takin 100 pound sub boxs out through the backseat lolPioneer DEH-400UB

at least you have 4 doors to work with i gotta unbolt at least one of my seats out if i want to take my box out. and it's got to weigh at least 90 pounds or so, such a pain.

my box does not come out, box alone is 150+ and the 4 subs in it. i had to put coil and leaf springs helps for the weight. sucks but it sounds great. escorts are a pain had one with 2-15s and that car did pound. The only problem i have is my airbag lite keeps coming on. hope it does not come out on me while driving that would really suck. before db-143.5= box 4.5ft^3 at 35hz after db-163.1 = box 12ft^3 at 40hz and is not done yet. lots changed radio, speakers, box, battery,etc. getting my new amp on wed i will get it tested and see if i get better numbers. Can't be loud then don't have it.

is that 163 on ac mic or term lab? you need to get a bigger hifonics amp if u stay with them. they are little overrated from what i have bench testedPioneer DEH-400UB

term lab. yeah im getting a 3200rms and strapping them together for 4400rms at 1ohm which my subs are 4800rms at 1 ohm mic was on the window with everything closed up it was at a dbdrag by me. guy next to me hit a 158.1 with 2-15 wall. when i get the new amp and everything i will post it for an update Can't be loud then don't have it.
