What kind of car do you have ? You can connect it via a couple of relays that uses a switched igntion source from your car to activate the relays . This way it will not overload a single ignition wire.

I just installed everything today and I installed it using the remote wire of the Head unit. Is that a good Idea? or is better with the ignition wire like you suggested? Is the ignition wire more stable than the remote?

Also, when I installed the Tv Tuner, it wanted me to connect the parking break to it. How would I bypass this?

You can use the remote wire of the head unit but with so many accessories being turned on you will need to place a relay so that it will not overload the head unit. To bypass the parking brake you want to install a relay that converts the stereos remote turn on lead to a negative so that whenever the stereo goes on it will send the signal to the relay that will convert it to a negative signal and your tuner will then work. You can also permanently ground this parking brake wire, but I'm not sure of the brand you are using and would not suggest this unless you read up on the installation guide for the safety measures of the device.
