So the Factory wiring just plugs right in right?
Check the factory amp turn on wire.
Amp Turn On          VIOLET/RED          (+)          RADIO HARNESS
It should read 12V.

Take a 9 volt battery and connect 2 foot wires to it, then touch these to the the speaker leads on the radio harness. If they pop there's no amp(which i'm doubting there is...)

Ok well got everything to work... here is what happened...
1. 09 Navigation System does not have a built in amp and needs a factory one otherwise the speakers will sound like s**t
2. You can get the amp from Radios and More they are awesome. They even walked me thru where the amp is suppsed to mount
3. Radio might need to get Programmed for some features(like voice commands) to work. Dominic From Arc can do this for you.
All in all very simple once you have all the parts
