I have a 01 grand am with a monsoon system. I have a aftermarket cd player(pioneer) with a amp and a sub. I have had no problems with it until a few weeks ago i blew my factory amp. I ordered one off of ebay and it worked for a week or two and did the exact same thing as the first one did when it blew. I dont see any burnt connections inside the amp like i did on the first one. Any suggestions on what could be causing the amp to blow?

The "output" voltage from your aftermarket radio is too high for the factory radio.
Up to a few weeks ago your hearing was fine..then you played it louder and louder..until the factory stereo gave out.
What you need to do is either get a new aftermarket amp for your speakers ( which will need to be replaced soon too).

Monsoon systems suck. Bypass it, add an aftermarket 4ch and you're golden
