Hey,
i got some TS-G4642R 4x6 speakers in my chevy cavalier in the front that are amplified by a Clarion APX2120 60W × 2 Into 4 Ohms .. Those speakers can handle only 20 Watts RMS (Hmmmm) and at high volume or if i put more bass they can't handle and they sound very bad.. I read that 4x6 are not pretty good speakers but that the only thing that can fit. What do you recommand me?

Use a high pass filter on deck or amp to limit frequencies going to speakers, or use cap inline.  Limit power to them.

If your Cavalier is newer and the speakers are mounted in the doors, then you can make new speaker mounts that will accomodate a 6&1/2 inch speaker. They will sound better. If not, then do as suggested and add bass blockers to prevent damaging them.

Your speakers sound like crap because YOU are MAKING THEM sound like crap.
Its called turn it sound. Why are you turning up the bass with some 4x6 speakers?? That is why they sound like crap. Its user error.
If you want bass get a driver designed to play bass frequencies.
