Alpine SWS-1223D

Pioneer Shallow-Mount TS-SW301
Wich of these is best suited for my setup: I have 1.ocuft per chamber sealed box for 2 of the above 12"s. they would be powered by an 500 watt rms memphis monoblock. i favor the the ts-sw 301, for there db rating though they dont have a wide range of frequency response. anyway help please!!!!

If I had to choose out of those, I'd prolly go with Pioneer, type S's could use a little more power. The type E's a little more airspace. Cool amp though. My bro's got one of those and he uses a line driver with it. Seems to handle real high signal input.
This is what I do for FUN!

With that amp I would consider even going for a Higher rated sub then the ones you have mentioned, depending what you are going for whether it be SQ or SPL sub comparison - Last Post -- posted image.

There is NEVER too much power, especially SQ... But that's just my opinion...
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."

Exactly...There is never too much power. Just people who don't know how to use it correctly.
